DGSC Delegates
Auxiliary Enterprise Board
Established by §16.10 of the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees, the Auxiliary Enterprise Board is responsible for overseeing, supervising, and reviewing all college auxiliary enterprises. The Board develops all budgets and contracts for auxiliary enterprises and reviews them prior to expenditure or execution.
The Graduate Center Auxiliary Enterprise Board is composed of
- the President or his/her designee as chair
- three administrative members appointed by the President
- two faculty members appointed by the President from a panel whose size is twice the number of seats to be filled and the panel is elected by Graduate Council
- the three DGSC Co-Chairs, and
- two students elected from and by the DGSC.
Child Care Representative
The Child Care Representative is elected every year by the Plenary at the May meeting.
College Association
Established by §16.5 of the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees, the College Association supervises and reviews budgets supported by Student Activity Fees.
The Graduate School College Association is composed of
- the President or his/her designee as chair,
- three administrative members appointed by the President,
- three faculty members appointed by the President from a panel whose size is twice the number of seats to be filled and the panel is elected by Graduate Council, and
- the three DGSC Co-Chairs, and
- three students elected from and by the DGSC.
Research Foundation
The Research Foundation is a not-for-profit educational corporation that manages private and government sponsored programs at CUNY.
The Board of Directors is composed of
- the CUNY Chancellor as chair;
- the President of the Graduate School and University Center as vice-chair;
- two directors appointed by the Chancellor;
- four at-large directors;
- two senior college presidents;
- two community college presidents;
- four faculty members, including the Chairperson of the Faculty Advisory Council, one community college faculty member, and one senior college faculty member; and
- one doctoral student, who serves a term of two years expiring on June 30 of odd-numbered years.
Student Technology Fee Committee
The Student Technology Fee (STF) Committee recommends to the President a budget for the expenditures of Student Technology Fees paid to the Graduate Center.

Faculty-Student Disciplinary Panel
The Faculty/Student Disciplinary Panel hears non-academic cases brought against students by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. The student members are elected by and from the student body during DGSC elections each spring.
Student Elections Review Committee
The Student Elections Review Committee (SERC) approves election procedures and certifies the results of student government elections and student body referenda. SERC members are elected by and from the student body during DSC elections each spring.
Program Delegates
Academic Appeals Officers
Student Academic Appeals Officers are elected by and from the students in each program during DGSC elections each spring. Officers sit on appeals panels of the Graduate Council Student Academic Appeals Committee and serve as consultants should the Appeals Panel wish to obtain information from a student regarding the program involved in the appeal.
